Follow the Usage Instructions

Our chairs are made for sitting or resting only. Improper use such as standing or jumping may damage your chair, or worse, injure yourself. Make sure you use your TTRacing chair safely.

Keep It Clean

Sweat or dirt may damage your chair's PU leather coating. Plus, no one likes sitting on a dirty or sweaty chair. Wipe down the surface of your chair with a damp cloth after every use.

Don't Sit Bare-Skinned

Body oils and friction from bare skin may degrade the PU leather coating over time. Therefore, avoid sitting with your bare skin in direct contact with the chair.

Avoid Exposure to Moisture

Any kind of moisture may damage the chair's PU leather coating. Wipe off stains immediately and do not sit on the chair while your body or clothing is wet.

Don't Abuse It

While we design TTRacing chairs to be as durable as possible, that doesn't mean you should abuse it. Avoid toppling or knocking your chair, and keep sharp objects away from your chair.

Avoid Excessive Heat

Avoid exposing the chair to excessive heat such as hair dryers or direct sunlight as it may damage the PU leather coating. Excessive heat may affect the sheen or colour of the chair.

Beware of Your Pets

We cannot guarantee that the PU leather coating will be resistant to claw marks or bite marks, so be careful when your pets are around.

2. Safety Instructions

As mentioned, improper use of a gaming chair may damage the chair or even injure you. Therefore, we recommend following these safety instructions to enjoy your seating experience.

Sit in the center of the chair with your back against the backrest

Do not sit on the front edge of the chair

Do not stand on the chair cushion

Do not use the chair with more than one person

Do not push the chair while someone is seated

Do not press the backrest down while someone is reclining

Do not put all your weight on the backrest only

Do not place hands or fingers near the recline mechanism

3. Upholstery Care

In most cases, TTRacing chairs can be cleaned and maintained with a damp cloth. However, you should take extra care to keep your chair in good condition.

PU Leather

TTRacing chairs are made from PU leather. In addition to being stain-resistant, it is also easy to clean. Simply wipe down the leather upholstery with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. After cleaning, leave the chair to dry before using it again.

Air Threads Fabric

For TTRacing chairs made of Air Threads fabric, use paper towels or an absorbent cloth to absorb dirt or dust. For stubborn stains, spray a small amount of fabric cleaner onto a clean microfiber cloth and gently wipe clean. Do not scrub the surface of the chair as this may cause staining.

4. Functional Parts

We assure you that the various parts of your TTRacing chair such as the armrests, recline adjuster and hydraulics will function as intended and do not require frequent maintenance as long as they are used appropriately. If any issues arise with any parts of the chair, please do not hesitate to contact us if your chair is still under warranty. Where necessary, we will send you spare parts.
