Avoid any form of liquids as they may damage the PU leather or fabric. Clean your chair regularly using a microfiber cloth to maintain its condition and keep it looking fresh even after years of use.

While our chairs are built for durability, they are not meant for excessive or rough use. To maximize lifespan, keep your chair away from pets, sharp objects, heavy impacts, or improper usage.

Free nationwide delivery via private courier services. *Customers in Bangkok and surrounding areas may opt for Lalamove or Grab (shipping cost to be borne by customer). **For same-day pickup, please confirm stock availability with our staff beforehand.

For in-stock items, orders are processed within 48 hours on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery typically takes 2–5 days depending on the courier service.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and before assembly. We will replace the damaged parts free of charge.

**Damage caused by improper assembly or modification is not covered under warranty**

• Wear and tear on surfaces (leather, fabric, metal)
• Damage to the chair base or wheels
• Damage to armrests (e.g. cracks)
• External damages on any parts
• Natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.)
• Damage caused by modifications
• Improper assembly not following instructions

The product will be delivered in an unassembled condition, as assembled chairs cannot be shipped.
