The chair sent is very comfortable, but the cushioning could have been a bit more soft.
The chair looks elegant but please be mindful the chair is pretty big in size for a small or mid sized room.
The only complaint I have is, I was promised some free gifts which I have not yet received, but have been promised will be sent over soon.

Great buy on the chair. My son love it so much that now we have problem that he spent whole day sitting on the chair.

After sales service need to be improved. I order 2 chair but came in diff delivery date.
Mgmt need to look into this on the arrangement with service provider to provide adequate update to consumers. As for usage of chair overall still good to use for now.

Ngl it's quite painful if ur feet accidentally step on the wheel part or when u spin and ur feet hits it
