Delivery was tight during Christmas week (understandably), and it was delivered in the nick of time. Customer service was generally responsive with my follow ups via Whatsapp. We really like the Ant-Man chair and assembling it wasn't too bad. You can't sit too far forward on the edge of the seat, otherwise the whole chair will fall forward with your weight-two of us did it already. I wish the back pillow was magnetic (as it does fall foward alot whilst sitting on the chair). I am still waiting on the free December gift (3 weeks later), but very happy with chair and for the price I definitely highly recommend it. My 16 year old thought it was the coolest chair ever and will get him through his next few years of studying. I will definitely return as a customer if I ever need another good quality desk/gaming chair.
