Serviceable chair, easy to sit cross legged in. Construction was a slight pain when putting the covers on where the chair back meets the chair base though. Also one of the wheels always seems to lock up when trying to move the chair.

The only complaint is about the length marking of the middle bar.
the marking is thick that I didn't know should I lock the bar in the front/middle/back of the marking

I bought this 1 month ago, and was going to give this a 5 stars, coz this floorpad is big, smooth, comfortable, and the material makes it really nice, but there's a slight little annoyance, it keeps moving with the chair, and I have to readjust its position twice a week, which is why I said I'd vote 4.5 stars, coz it's nearly perfect, and it'll be too harsh to only give it 4 stars

The premium leather provided good cushioning and does not heat up despite prolonged use. Aftersales service was also excellent. They followed up with a complimentary cleaning tool set after it was missed out from the main package.
