Seems to be great - bought this for my housemate via the Birthday Bundle and he seems to be happy with it - bought it due to needing something more ergo oriented for his back as he's always had back problems and now in later years has a slipped disk. He has said it is comfortable, he hasn't needed his lower back pillow anymore and he feels better back - wise sitting in it longer so that's a HUGE 5 star plus from me - Could not ask for better.

First time purchasing a TTRacing chair. At first, some of the wheels prove to be difficult to push in, after several attempts, managed to do so. Both left & right's armrest parts (each a screw to be installed) - this proves to be challenging because they're just at an awkward angle (meaning we do not have sufficient space to turn the allen key). Other than that, all other parts are easy to install. Instructions for both the table & chair are just about okay to understand - I still need the official installation video which proved to be much more effective than the manual instructions.

There are many similar products in the market online, but this is the only one with a physical store you could visit that offers the best product you can actually touch and test. Also, the customer service is impeccable. Thank you very much to Mr. David Simon for his thorough assistance. It is very much appreciated. I got myself the complete set for the table the chair and several other accessories. I love them.

Bought it for my wife for work at home usage. She love it and enjoying her dinner too. Comfortable and best value for money. Just a bit of gap at lower gap at slanting position.
