I've been using the TT AIRFLEX V2 Ergochair for a few weeks now, and it's been a noticeable upgrade from my old chair. The lumbar support is solid without being too stiff, and the adjustable armrests actually stay where I put them. I spend long hours at my desk, and this chair helps with posture and overall comfort. Setup was pretty straightforward too. Overall, it's a great balance between comfort and support. Definitely happy with the purchase.
