This method is simpler but can result in an uneven surface and wrinkles. At TTRacing, compromising on quality is unacceptable. We integrate top-grade cold-cure foam with our premium PU leather before attaching it to the chair frame. This approach results in a perfect fit between the foam, chair surface, and frame, leaving no small wrinkles. Furthermore, compressed PU leather is more practical (compared to hot genuine leather chairs) and delivers the best quality.
